Help your baby sleep

I am only half way through reading this but it is literally the best book ever. To be fair since I stopped breastfeeding my son (at 11 months of age) he has been sleeping longer through the night. Weaning him was quite easy for me. I had to buy this book a couple of weeks ago because his sleeping pattern was a lil confused. Since I implemented some of the things advised in this book my son who is nearly 14 months old is sleeping through the night (8.30pm - 8.30am) and taking 2 naps  a day (1 hour 30mins for each nap).
He is more willing to take his naps and sleep at night. He doesn't need to be rocked to sleep, he doesn't breasfeed or bottlesleep to sleep...He literally  just passes out its amazing!.

You don't have to let your baby cry it out to sleep.

I am willing to give the book away to anyone who needs it. Just DM me.

Natural Hair Journey

I cut my hair sometime around the 22nd of December 2013 (which is when the top left picture was taken). Since then I haven't had a consistent regime but I am trying to make now. I have had my hair in a few different types of protective styles (braids and weave). I usually leave a protective style in for approximately 4 weeks and then leave my natural hair out to have a breather for 2 weeks. The picture when my hair is longest was taken last month. Since then I have started taking biotin and been abit more consistent with moisturising and sealing my hair. I will be reviewing my use of biotin and following a more consistent hair regime in December.

I am so in love with natural hair I think everyone should do this x
